【摘要】:Thesetestmethodsmeasuretheisocyanatecontentofaromaticisocyanatesusedaspolyurethanerawmaterials.TestMethodA-Unheatedtoluene-dibutylaminedeterminestheamountoftoluenediisocyanateinrefinedtoluene-2,4-diisocyanateandtoluene-2,6-diisocyanate,ormixturesofthetwo.Otherisomers,ifpresent,willbeincludedinthedetermination.Thistestmethodmayalsobeappliedtootherisocyanatesofsuitablereactivityandsolubility.TestMethodB-Heatedtoluene-dibutylaminedeterminestheamineequivalentofcrudeormodifiedisocyanatesderivedfromtoluenediisocyanate,methylenebis-(4-phenylisocyanate),andpolymethylenepolyphenylisocyanate.TestMethodC-Unheatedtrichlorobenzene-toluene-dibutylaminedeterminestheisocyanatecontentofcrudeormodifiedisocyanatesderivedfromtoluenediisocyanate,methylene-bis-(4-phenylisocyanate),andpolymethylenepolyphenylisocyanate.Thistestmethodcanalsobeusedtoassayisomermixturesoftoluenediisocyanateandmethylene-bis-(phenylisocyanate).Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Forspecificwarningandprecautionarystatements,seeNote2.Note1-MethodCofthistestmethodisequivalenttoMethodBofISO14896.
