【摘要】:Vibrationencounteredinthefieldisnotusuallysimpleharmonic.Thistestcanbeusedtodeterminerelativemotionbetweenparts,criticalfrequencies,adhesionstrengths,looseningofpartsorotherphysicaleffectsthatcancausefatigueorfailure.Experiencehasshownthatthistestwillexposepotentialfailuresassociatedwiththeelectroniccomponentsofamembraneswitch,wheretestsoflowerlevelswillnot.Thispracticecanbeusedtoqualifyamembraneswitchforaerospace,medicalandotherapplications.Thistestispotentiallydestructive,intendedfordevicequalification.EitherTestConditionAorBcanbechosen,basedupontheintentofthetestdeterminedbythequalifiedengineer.1.1Thistestmethodestablishesproceduresfordeterminingtheeffectofsinusoidalvibration,withinthespecifiedfrequencyrange,onswitchcontacts,mountinghardware,adheredcomponentparts,solderorheatstakes,tactiledevices,andcableorribboninterconnectsassociatedwithamembraneswitchormembraneswitchassembly.
