适用范围
本规程适用于工业与民用房屋和一般构筑物中采用高强混凝土的钢筋混凝土和预应力混凝土承重结构的设计与施工。其中，高强混凝土为采用水泥、砂、石、高效减水剂等外加剂和粉煤灰、超细矿渣、硅灰等矿物掺合料，以常规工艺配制的C50-C80级混凝土.

【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesparticularsafetyrequirementsformast-climbingworkplatforms(MCWP)whicharetemporarilyinstalledandaremanuallyorpower-operated,andwhicharedesignedtobeusedbyoneormorepersonsfromwhichtocarryoutwork.NOTEThevertical-movingcomponents(workplatforms)arealsousedtomovethosesamepersonsandtheirequipmentandmaterialstoandfromasingleboardingpoint.TheserestrictionsdifferentiateMCWPfrombuilder’shoists.ThisInternationalStandardisalsoapplicabletopermanentlyinstalledMCWP.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoworkplatformswhichareelevatedbyadrivesystemandguidedbyandmovedalongtheirsupportingmasts,wherethemastsmayormaynotrequirelateralrestraintfromseparatesupportingstructures.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoanycombinationofthefollowingalternatives:--oneormoremasts;--masttiedoruntied;--mastoffixedorvariablelength;--mastsverticalorinclinedbetween0°and30°tothevertical;--mastswhicharestandingorhanging;--movableorstaticbase(chassisorbaseframe);--manualorpower-operatedelevation;--towedorself-poweredgroundtravelonsite,excludingroadtrafficregulationrequirements;--drivenusingelectric,pneumatic,hydraulicmotorsorinternalcombustionengines.ThisInternationalStandardidentifiesthehazardsarisingduringthevariousphasesinthelifeofsuchequipmentanddescribesmethodsfortheeliminationorreductionofthesehazardsandfortheuseofsafeworkingpractices.ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotspecifytherequirementsfordealingwiththehazardsinvolvedinthemanoeuvring,erectionordismantling,fixingorremovingofanymaterialsorequipmentwhicharenotpartoftheMCWP,nordoesitdealwiththehandlingofspecifichazardousmaterials.ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotspecifytherequirementsfordeliveringpersonsandmaterialstofixedlandinglevels.SuchequipmentisreferredtoasliftsorhoistsandisdealtwithbyotherInternationalStandards.ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotapplytomobileelevatingworkplatforms(MEWPs)inaccordancewithISO16368,suspendedaccessequipmentinaccordancewithEN1808orliftingtablesinaccordancewithEN1570.
