【摘要】:Thistestmethodcoversameansoftestingtheinterlaminarresistanceofelectricallyinsulatingcoatingsasappliedtoadjacentlaminationsofflat-rolledelectricalsteel,underpredeterminedconditionsofvoltage,pressureandtemperature.Itindicatestheeffectivenessofsurfacecoatingsonelectricalsheetsteelsforlimitinginterlaminarlossesinelectricalmachinery.Theinterlaminarresistanceismeasureddirectlyinunitsofresistance(k).Thistestmethodisparticularlyusefulfor,butnotlimitedto,electricalsteelscoatedwithinorganicinsulatingcoatings.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Thevaluesandequationsstatedincustomary(cgs-emuandinch-pound)orSIunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Withinthisstandard,SIunitsareshowninbrackets.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemmaynotbeexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnonconformancewiththisstandard.
